Why We Built Forge
We're building the generation that builds India's AI.
India has more raw AI talent than almost anywhere on earth — and we keep handing it to the rest of the world. We train our best builders, then we lose them. That's the part nobody wants to say out loud, and it's the exact reason Forge exists. I didn't want to run another course or another job board. I wanted a place where India's next generation stops preparing to build and actually builds — in a room, on a deadline, shipping real AI.
That's what Forge is. Every weekend, hundreds of builders show up to hack, learn, and ship together — Delhi to Dubai to Belgium, run not-for-profit, every rupee reinvested into the community. The hackathon is the front door. Behind it is an education, a community, and a pipeline that treats these builders as what they are: the people who will run India's AI economy. We don't want them to leave. We want them to build here, for us, with us.
If you're a builder, this is your movement — come and prove it in the arena. If you're a company or an institution, this is where the talent already is. We're not waiting for India to become AI-forward. We're forging it, one weekend at a time.
