The Rishikesh Villa is the most focused Forge experience we've designed. A small cohort of ~20 builders — selected, not enrolled — gathered at a private villa on the banks of the Ganges. Three to four days of uninterrupted building, with mentorship from the NMG team, using the Forge 2 Ed-1 handbook as the curriculum spine.
This isn't a conference. It's a deep-work residency: build during the day, share meals at night, ship something real by the end. The Villa is for builders who want intensity, focus, and a cohort of peers operating at the same level.

We're looking for people who already ship — developers, founders, designers, product engineers — and want a focused environment to push further. The Villa is application-only with a selective cohort.
You write code and ship products. You want a week away from distractions to build something ambitious.
You work in tech — PM, designer, engineer, founder — and want to build alongside peers who match your pace.
